Client: Tonkin Gap Alliance (TGA)
WA Recycling is currently assisting TGA with the upgrading of Tonkin Highway with additional lanes, new interchanges, bridges and shared pathways between Collier Road and Dunreath Drive. We have been supplying recycled pavement materials for this upgrade. The material is being used to assist in the temporary construction of extra lanes and in the new road construction. WA Recycling have also taken construction and demolition waste from the project and recycled this waste to produce recycled road base and aggregates which are going back into the construction of these upgraded roads. Works commenced in late 2020.
